Using the theory of value chain and value engineering builds electrolytic aluminium enterprise competitiveness index system, and evaluating electrolytic aluminium enterprises to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of electrolytic aluminium enterprises, to provide effective countermeasures and Suggestions.First for analyzing the characteristic of electrolytic aluminium enterprises and the connotation of the competitiveness, and on the basis of literature reading, this paper applied the value chain and value engineering method to analyze the electrolytic aluminium enterprise competitiveness factors, and combined with the design principle of electrolytic aluminium enterprise competitiveness index system, ultimately contains16first-level indicators,44secondary indexes of electrolytic aluminium enterprise competitiveness index system.Second, selecting the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on analytic hierarchy process (ahp) as the electrolytic aluminium enterprise competitiveness comprehensive evaluation method, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on analytic hierarchy process (ahp). Then respectively expounds the theoretical model of analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, choice foundation and basic steps. Therefore, in this paper, using analytic’ hierarchy process (ahp) to determine the index weight, then using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to the electrolytic aluminium enterprise competitiveness evaluation value.Finally, using the electrolytic aluminium enterprise competitiveness index system and evaluation methods into the actual process, through the questionnaire design, calculate the index weight, the electrolytic aluminium enterprise competitiveness evaluation, and proposes the corresponding strategy.
