Since the21st century, talent has become the core element of enterprise competitiveness. The level of corporate sustainability and corporate profitability ultimately depends on talent. Thus, the retention of talent is critical to the development of enterprises. Organizational commitment has a very important impact on talent retention. Generally, the higher the level of organizational career management, the higher the organizational commitment of employees, especially for knowledge staff. Therefore, taken knowledge staff as an example, this paper study enterprise organizational career management practices how to influence employees’ organizational commitment.Based on the organizational career management and organizational commitment literature review, this paper introduce the work involved in as a intervening variable, to establish a theoretical model of this study, and research hypotheses are put forward. In the empirical analysis stage, the initial samples has carried on the preliminary research, and based on the results, the organizational career management, organizational commitment and the work involved in structural dimensions of is optimized. Then, using confirmatory factor analysis, the relationship between organizational career management assumptions and organizational commitment is validated. The following conclusions were drawn through structural equation analysis:effects of organizational career management and organizational commitment are very significant, and organizational career management intermediary variables involved in this work to enhance the positive impact of organizational commitment of employees. Finally, based on empirical results, this paper gives some suggestions for organizational career management of knowledge staff.
