Residential and residential housing as the fundamental, pioneering industry ofthe macro economy, is a barometer of national and regional economic development.With the rapid development of economy and modernization of Shanxi Province,Shanxi Province cities as the housing market also rapid development, has become astimulating local economic growth of GDP and a new pillar industry. And the prosand cons of the investment environment is the housing market will be able to run, thepremise of the investment environment as the external restricting factors determinesthe development direction of the housing market, quantity and structure, thus widelyattention. Each level city in Shanxi Province there is a big difference between theinvestment environment, so in Shanxi Province before residential investment to doresearch on the investment environment of the housing market, for real estatedevelopers, local government and each resident has important significance.This paper is under such a background, adopted the method of combining thequalitative and quantitative level city commodity housing investment environment inShanxi Province has carried on the empirical analysis. This article from the naturalenvironment, economic environment, infrastructure, environmental factors and socialcultural environment factors selected18indexes for the qualitative and quantitativeanalysis. Studying the investment environment of prefecture-level cities in Shanxiprovince,Taiyuan and Jincheng relative to other cities have many advantages,theinvestment environment of Lvliang city is relatively poor. For legal environment andpolitical environment factors is difficult to adopt quantitative indicators,and in variousplaces in Shanxi Province similar legal and political environment, so this article hascarried on the simple description only. In this paper, by using analytic hierarchyprocess (ahp) with urban road area per capita, per capita GDP, per capita disposableincome, the commodity housing development investment, commodity residentialhouse price, construction important factors such as corporate profits and residentpopulation (more than0.03) as the important influence factors. Then using the factoranalysis method, extract the principal component (main component of eigenvalues greater than1), according to the main factors and main factor2draw level cityinvestment environment in Shanxi Province. At around the last one is fiction whenspilled from the natural environment and infrastructure, culture,environment,economic environment, the commodity housing market environmt,financialenvironment and resource environment corresponding to find out the existingproblems and suggestions are put forward. It should be said that this articleobjectively to the commodity residential house investment environment theory andmethod of induction, summary, and use a variety of analysis method is applied to theShanxi Province level city commodity housing investment, have certain breakthrough.
