Administrative document is the written form of implementing government policies.Reasonable document management not only helps the operation of overall administrativemanagement work, but also has a positive effect in improving the service efficiency andmaintaining the government’s integrity and credibility. The document management ofQingyuan city land and resources bureau Qingxin branch is in the slow development, andthere’re many problems. Aim at improving the bureau’s document management level,this paper researches the situation of the bureau’s document performance management.According to the comparison between the theory and practice of the domestic andforeign document performance management, this paper masters the present developmentsituation of relevant theories of document performance management and obtains researchcontents, ideas and methods. Then, it lays the theoretical foundation for exploring theapproach to document performance management of Qingyuan city land and resourcesbureau Qingxin branch. There’re the study contents in details. Finally, on the basis of Kailuan Groupcase and the bureau’s actual situation, this paper gives practical suggestions on thedocument management development.
