The rapid advance of economic globalization makes society, industry,organization units, growing competition between human and talent has increasinglybecome the focus of factors, through the development and utilization of humanresources to achieve organizational members cohesion and centripetal force ofagglomeration, thus enhanced capabilities, development is the basic route and track ofthe development of successful organizations. And member satisfaction is a measure oforganization human resources development and utilization level of effective measures,to achieve the goal of a more direct relationship between the organization and thesustainable development of the organization. By means of A municipal bureau of landand resources of human resource management, on the one hand is advantageous to therich theoretical research about the specific functions of the government organizationof human resource management in the research content, more benefit to A city andother areas of land and resources system improve the level of human resourcemanagement to provide guidance and reference.This paper on the aspects of human resources, employee satisfaction theoryresearch at home and abroad for reference, for human resource management,organizational satisfaction, carries on the definition of organizational justice, andincentive theory, fair theory and two-factor theory as the theoretical basis of this study,with A city land resources bureau of human resources management practices forexample, based on the satisfaction degree of staff in the human resources managementproblems and countermeasures research, and from the influence degree of satisfactionof the distribution of the involved A sense of fairness and procedure fairness oforganizational justice and interactive justice, microscopic analysis and targeted toimprove A city land resources bureau of human resources management level ofcountermeasures and Suggestions.In the resource management for sustainable economic development under thebackground of increasingly important, starting from the writer’s own work experience,this study of specific units to study and analysis of human resource management, is rich in human resources management system of land and resources theory researchefforts, and in practice for other areas of land and resources management unit ofhuman resource management practice in order to provide the beneficial reference andhelp and reference.
