The Research Of Urban Sustainable Development Of Shenzhen City

Shenzhen is China’s first special economic zone. It costs just30years developing from a small city into an international metropolis. It is one of China’s four first-tier cities, creating a world-renowned "Shenzhen speed". The Shenzhen Urban Development has been extensive attention including urban planning and management, urban development strategies, environmental protection and other aspects of urban ecology. The research with Shenzhen can give some reference to the path of sustainable development of cities.Evaluation model based on sustainable development, construction of urban economic, social and ecological system of the three indicators of sustainable urban development in Shenzhen in1996-2011were evaluated studies. The results showed that:(1) Sustainable development presents trends from junior to senior evolution.1996-2011Shenzhen discounted sustainable development presents comprehensive level rise, presented in2004as the origin of the axis of symmetry relations,1996Comprehensive Sustainability Index for the-1.67,2011Comprehensive Sustainability Index was1.27average annual growth rate of32.1%.(2) Sustainable economic, ecological sustainability, social sustainability has obvious relevance. Sustainable economic development and social sustainability index index correlation reached0.945, indicating that economic development is closely related to social development, economic development has an important role in promoting social development. Sustainable economic development and environmental sustainability index was0.669, indicating that economic development, the environment has a certain role in promoting development. Sustainable social development and environmental sustainability correlation of0.79, sustainable social development and environmental sustainability have a strong correlation, in addition, at different stages, four persons have certain non-synchronization, the specific performance of the initial sustainable development stages of social, environmental sustainability, integrated sustainable development lags behind sustainable economic development, the mid-social, environmental sustainability is higher than the sustainable economic development, indicating that economic development is to support social protection, environmental development, the city should development, we must first develop the economy, to a certain stage of economic development, in turn, promote the development of social, environmental, and form a complementary relationship.(4)1997-2011Urban Sustainability Index showed strong after a weak first feature from1996to2005showed the economic, social and ecological development uncoordinated,2005-2011, showing the economic, social and ecological development characteristics, which in2007coordination highest index, in2007, after coordination index gradually decreased, but still has a high coordination.According to research findings, the author summarized in Shenzhen has limited space for sustainable development, population growth, sustainable development index instability problems, and put forward four policy recommendations:First is to further promote urban planning, second is the promotion of industrial high precision and advanced development, third is to improve public services, fourth is to strengthen ecological protection efforts.
