Study On The Rural Land Transfer Of Equity And Efficiency Based On Symmetric Information

The circulation of rural land system is an important content of rural land system in China, Innovation and development of it is an important problem in front of us, Rural land circulation can promote city development, increasing the income of farmers, land use efficiency, But there will also be a series of other problems, The information asymmetry will produce farmland transfer unfairness and low efficiency, In order to solve these problems, this paper puts forward some measures for reference.This paper first introduced the system of rural land transfer in China, Analyzing the meaning of the rural land circulation,points out that the present situation and problems of rural land circulation, the problem due to asymmetry of information is prominent. Then discussing the symmetric information theory,expounded the concept of justice and the system efficiency, and analysis the relationship between institutional equity and the system efficiency; Then, put forward the realization of fairness and efficiency of the rural land circulation under the condition of symmetric information; Next, after the analysis of "Wuhan mode" in the form of economic,emphasizes the importance of information symmetry of fairness and efficiency, this paper draws a conclusion that:Wuhan Rural Land Circulation based on information symmetry needs to balance fairness and efficiency, To truly ensure the farmers’ interest and fair land transfer efficiency;Finally this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve China’s rural land circulation of fairness and efficiency.
