Marketing strategy is the core issue for the survival and development of enterprisesunder the market economy, especially for the real estate enterprises, marketing to occupy thevast majority of enterprises work content, marketing strategy formulation is appropriate,whether the benefits of marketing results, directly determines the success or failure of theoperation of real estate enterprises. This paper discusses the A real estate company, itsmarketing strategy practice case, is a microcosm of China’s vast real estate enterprises, worthyof other similar enterprises reference and inspiration.On the basis of marketing strategy management theory, a detailed analysis of the A realestate company marketing environment: using PEST theory model to analyze the macroenvironment; the "Five Forces Model" to analyze the environment of real estate industry;from the organizational structure, enterprise culture, enterprise resource, enterprise ability andthe other aspects of the internal environment, so that the SWOT matrix A estate company, putforward selection of A real estate company marketing objectives and strategies, namely, frommarket segmentation, target market, market positioning, the marketing of A real estatecompany STP strategy, product strategy, price strategy, channel strategy, promotion strategyand so on, put forward the marketing combination strategy of A real estate company.For the effective implementation of marketing strategy to guarantee the A real estatecompany project, need to formulate marketing plan and case fine strong field managementsystem, scientific and effective marketing management and implement the security system,and timely adjustment of marketing strategy and control, so as to push forward the A realestate company standard operation in direct marketing strategy, realize the unity of science,value and benefit.
