In recent years, the rapid growth of national economy and further improve thetransportation network, for development of the modern logistics industry to provide abroad market and development opportunities. With economic globalization andinternational division of labor is further deepened, in our national economy, the logisticsposition has become more importantly, so that a country’s level of development of thelogistics industry as one of the symbols judgment of the country’s comprehensivenational strength. Logistics is considered to be the third profit source of enterprises, soreduce logistics costs, improve operational efficiency and find new profit growth point, isan important way to reduce the total cost and improve the overall efficiency of thecompany.This paper introduces the concept of road LTL logistics,improved AHP, focus-dimensional analysis and other related theories, combined road LTL logistics’characteristics, we built an index system for the evaluation of the candidate locations ofthe road LTL logistics distribution station and calculated by use the improved fuzzy AHPmethod. In order to make the entire road LTL logistics’ network become moreoptimization, this paper further researched distribution center location model and thencombined improved gravity method model and dimensional analysis method get a new"modular" model to solve distribution center location problem. This paper presents animproved center of gravity-dimensional analysis model and solving steps. Finally,simulate and validate the new "modular" model based on examples.This paper studies the station and the road LTL logistics distribution center locationproblem. In order to make the site more accurate and more scientific,so we built an indexsystem for road LTL logistics companies and distribution stations distribution centerlocation model, based on road LTL logistics own characteristics. Actual results showedthat the new index system and improved center of gravity-dimensional analysis methodis more optimized than the original method,when we conducting distribution station siteevaluation and the level distribution center location, and more in line with the actualsituation and a strong value.
