| Environment protection has high requirements of thermal plant’s emission and structure adjustment of electrical power generating. Therefore the coal thermal type will be less and less. “Cost-Cutting†is always the topic for an enterprise who mainly manufactures equipments for thermal power plants. Modern logistics is the third profit source for an enterprise, and it is important to make profit from the logistics. Suitable logistic distribution system, low cost of logistic system, as well as short delivery period makes advantages for any enterprise.In this paper, the writer study methods and steps on the siting of logistics distribution center in China and abroad, and compare many models which used quantitative and qualitative analysis including applicative conditions and their advantages and disadvantages. Base on XT company’s characters, business mode and current logistics distribution system, the writer chose a methodology model to solve the siting problem of logistic distribution center for spare parts. The distribution area can be divided into four blocks according to the customer’s address and requirements; each block has one distribution center, which transfers the whole siting problem as a simple unit problem. The writer also use the “center of gravity method†to create a information model for a sale block, gain the best solution coordinate based on real data and the iteration method; then chose two alternative cities inside and use analytic hierarchy process to get the weight of siting influence factor; use fuzzy synthetic evaluation method to create second-level fuzzy appraisal matrix and result comprehensive index, finally decide the best city center. In this way the writer chose out all centers for 4 blocks.In the end, the writer use the 4 results into the updating of logistics distribution center for XT company, together with the third-party logistics and ERP system, lower logistic cost and higher logistic efficiency as well as the customer satisfy degree are all proved. |
