| Land is the survival capital goods of farmers. It is the most basic living security for them. For the vast majority of farmers, if they loss the land, it means losing the source of income, also means the loss of their own occupations. With the process of integration of urban and rural China continues to promote, land-lost farmers’ problems have become increasingly prominent. How to ensure the sustainable development of land-lost peasants and ease the pressure of employment of them in order to help them out of the plight of employment has become an important work in the period of social transition. However, the land-lost farmers’low culture level and professional skill lead they are often at the disadvantage position in the process of seeking job. Therefore, it is the only way for land-lost farmers to realize their sustainable development and change their social roles and identities by strengthening professional skill andemployment training.In this paper, based on summarizing the related theory and research status, from urbanization to impact on the employment of land-lost farmers view,this article chooses land-lost farmers in WuHu as study object and we investigate their situation of employment and training. The full text is divided into six parts. Firstly, it describes the background and significance of the research. Secondly,combing the status of domestic and foreign related theories and research. Thirdly, analysis China’s present situation and influence factors of land-lost farmer employment training. Fouthly, taking Wuhu city as an example,conducts an empirical study through questionnaire and individual interviews, survey of Wuhu city farmers professional skill training, analyzed the existing problems. At the same time, from the perspective of the urban-rural integrationsocial background, specific methods are put forward to promote farmers to adapt to the occupation transformation and enhance the sustainable development capacity of the employment training. Also it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the theoretical system to construct professional ability of land-lost farmers training and employment.In the practice,it provides farmers the guidance method. Finally, there is a summary of the whole article. |
