Study On The Employment Problem Of The Land-lost Farmers In The Context Of New-type Urbanization In Zhuzhou City

In recent years, accompany the pace of Zhuzhou urbanization, employment issues of land-lost farmers enter our vision. As we all know, realizing employment is the only way to safeguard life of land-lost farmers. As the vulnerable groups of society, land-lost farmers’ education level and labor skills has no advantage in front of fierce market competition. For a long time, land as the most important source of their material life, lose land means lose everything, which triggered lots of social problems waiting for solving.While spurring employment of land-lost farmers is the only way to solve those social problems.The employment issue of land-lost farmers is the problem China socialist market economy construction and building harmonious socialist society faced. Low quality of farmers, unreasonable expropriation policy,imperfection social security system,defective job training system, all those are the main problems which effect employment of land-lost fanners.This article first analyses the background of China new urbanization construction, to point out the cause of employment issues of land-lost farmers. Then combines measures domestic and abroad taken when solving employment issue of land-lost farmers. Taking Zhuzhou as an example, analyzing changes of farmers before and after losing land, the current employment situation of land-lost farmers and factors that effect employment of land-lost farmers. Finally, combing the actual situation of Zhuhou, proposing suggestions to solve employment issue of land-lost farmers.
