With the deepening world integration and economic globalization,Foreign enterprises facing abroader perspective of the new market environment and business environment.In order to continueto survive and develope,more and more companies choose to expand production scale throughmergers and acquisitions to enhance competitive advantage, in order to strengthen the strategicposition and competitive strength in the market..However,the effectiveness of surging corporateacquisitions are not satisfied, the reasons largely due to the acquisitions of the project preparationstage,did not make the necessary research and measurement of riskin corporatemergers andacquisitions cultural conflict.And lacking of mergers cultural conflict between corporate risksources.This article elaboratethed the risk of cultural conflictsin corporatemergers and acquisitionsstrategy.From the theoretical study of strategic acquisitions and cultural conflicts starting,using theories and methods of economics,management science, research to explore strategica culturalconflicts.Analysis the cultural manifestations of the root causes of conflict and the influence ofacquisitions.According to the characteristics of the strategic mergers and acquisitions, I corporateculture related theory, build the index system of assessing the risk of the enterprise culture conflict,and then combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, to establish a culturalconflict risk measure model, finally combining with the case put forward countermeasures andsuggestions, as a strategic m&a decision-making and cross-cultural management after the mergerto provide reference and reference.The innovation of this paper lies in:(1)select the isuue of corporate culture which is the mosteasily overlooked but is very important in the strategic acquisitions,and the cultural conflicts asthe breakthrough point of the article and theme, combining with related theory, build the size ofthe cultural conflict risk evaluation index system and model, provide a reference for culturalconflict risk quantification;(2)model is used to analyze the cultural conflict risk in the case, andproposes the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions according to the results.
