The Development Research On Transformation Process Of The Agricultural Development Bank Of China

The Agricultural Development Bank of China, as the only policy bank of our country agricultural development fund and policy support, plays an important role in the process of transformation of promoting the planned economy into socialist market economy. Over the past twenty years, the Agricultural Development Bank of China keeps historical mission in minds, following the trend of international and domestic economy. In the same time of promoting the rapid development of our country agriculture, it has the courage of exploration and bold innovation, finding a way of conforming to the actual, complying with the trend of development. But in the wake of accelerating process of our financial system reformation and the complicated and changeable international macroeconomic situations, coupled with the lack of itself-experience, we haven’t seized the regulations of development of agricultural policy-based finance fully. The Agricultural Development Bank of China has gradually not adapted to the change of the new situations. A few problems in its development have affected its sustainable development and the play of JiangNong for farmers sufficiently. Therefore, In order to adapt to today’s social and economical development and to serve the "Three Rural" better, the Agricultural Development Bank of China will develop in the transformation and will progress in the innovation.This article begins with the basic transformation theory of the Agricultural Development Bank of China in detail, including mainly policy-related financial theories, and this paper discusses the development progress of the Agricultural Development Bank of China, covering the background of its establishment and its development stages, then this paper introduces the achievements after the transformation of the agricultural development bank of China at the present. However, in the process of transformation of the Agricultural Development Bank of China, some problems still remain to restrict its further development, including external elements and internal elements. At last, on the basic reference of agricultural policy bank development experience of other countries, this thesis comes up with the principles and political suggestions for transformation progress on the development of the Agricultural Development Bank of China.
