Economic globalization makes both multinationals combined with localenterprises, and gradually become the main global economic development. Usingtheir abundant resources and local enterprises the unique blend of local resources,access to external knowledge through interaction between organizations, mutualprogress and achieve win-win. With the changing economic environment, theinteraction between the two has moved from the traditional "technology spillover-Technical absorb" the interaction between innovation process has evolved into aninternational and indigenous knowledge for continued integration. Innovation is theessence of the interactive process of knowledge transfer between the two flows, theultimate goal of this interaction is a two-way flow of knowledge and learning toabsorb achieve common interests.To reveal the process of multinational and local companies innovative interactivecompetitive, knowledge-flow perspective of this paper to explore the process,improve the existing process of interaction between the two studies for therevitalization of local enterprises to help. Research process, the flow of knowledgethrough theoretical and competitive analysis process interaction theory constructedboth competitive innovative interactive theoretical model. The competition is dividedinto knowledge-based innovative interactive interactive process inside the body ofknowledge and the interaction between subjects, and that poor knowledge of potentialcompetitive innovation is the driving factor in the interaction process.
