The theory of Corporate Culture, born in the western mature market economic system, formed in the late70s and early80s of the last century, is the product of western management develops to a certain stage. A lot of practice and the research shows that corporate culture is an important factor in sustainable development of enterprises. According to the corporate culture theory of Terrence E. Deal and Allan A.Kennedy, this study selected the FUYAOREN as object, the journal of the Fuyao Glass Industry Group, applied the content analysis to explore the characteristics of the corporate culture during2007to2013.It found that Fuyao group cultivated and spread its corporate culture consciously in developing. On the basis of pursuiting the basic value of the market economy, it pays more attention to people-oriented.It treats employees as family, with the concept of home and affection to build corporate culture both rational and humane. As the group’s founder,who is not noly the dominant of the corporate values but a powerful communicator,can be called the hero born for the group. On the elements of the ceremony, the group cleverly borrowed from Chinese traditional festival ceremony influence its employees by osmosis. The corporate culture network needs further development.This study argues that as a domestic private enterprises in China,, on the breeding and spread of corporate culture, Fuyao group absorbed the beneficial factors for the market economy, combined with more traditional Chinese culture and ritual.It superimposed the personal lives with the corporate lives to create a more humane corporate culture,which is the development of western corporate culture, is worthy drawing for similar domestic enterprises.
