| In recent years,the Internet economy,which is based on the information industry and the core of innovation knowledge,has become one of the most prominent driving forces for today’s economic and social development.The Internet is developing at a rapid speed and has become an indispensable part of the life of modern people,penetrating all aspects of their daily life.In the first half of 2016,The State Council and other relevant department introduced policies relating to “internet plus”,in the hope that the internet will drive the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries to promote economic growth.Supported by a favorable external environment,China South City Network Technologies Limited.,(CSC Net)welcomed the new challenges and opportunities.As an internet enterprise based upon China South City’s concrete wholesale marketplace,talent is our core resource.Corporate culture is based on the shared values of employees’ common values,so that employees can consciously abide by the company’s system and gradually implement the enterprise’s strategy,increasing business competitiveness.Therefore,in order to maximize the creativity and efficiency of people,it is very important to build an enterprise culture that adapts to the strategy and development of the enterprise.This paper based on the internal environment and the present situation of CSC Net.Research into corporate culture,experience and the cultural characteristics of Google,Alibaba and other outstanding internet enterprises,and using the Denison model of organizational culture,highlighted organizational shortcomings such as: low levels of innovation,poor cooperation,lack of understanding for the customer’s needs,high employee turnover rate.This paper seeks to address the root causes of these problems from the perspective of corporate culture.Then through the analysis strategic objectives of CSC Net,using four level of the corporate cultures theory and Denison model of organizational culture,we construct corporate culture system of CSC Net.We aims to create our own unique corporate culture to enhance the cohesion of the enterprise competitiveness,and promote the rapid development of the enterprise.Finally,in order to make the enterprise culture implement smoothly,the corresponding safeguard measures should be set up,such as the organizational support,the system environment and the supply of resources. |
