The acceleration of economic globalization, an increasingly competitive market in the21st century, competition among enterprises will be based on the core competitive ability. Human resources as a competitive advantage inherent in the kind of hard to imitate, specific resources, decided to become a key factor in the success of the enterprise competition. Performance management is the core of human resource management issues, to enhance the competitiveness of commercial banks, create the core competitiveness of commercial banks play an increasingly important role.Performance management is the enterprise’s strategic goals down to individual business units, and broken down to each person, so only managed to improve and enhance the performance of each employee in order to improve their overall performance, productivity and value to the enterprise with the improved competitive advantage will thus obtained.Currently, AB Bank headquarters staff performance management more reflect the performance appraisal and assessment of staff of the lack of effective incentive and restraint mechanisms, business recruitment, training, use, retain talent is difficult to play a substantial role. Therefore, we choose AB Bank headquarters staff performance management system as the research object, by understanding the situation, find the problems, analyze the reasons. Meanwhile, according to the actual situation of AB Bank, the use of management by objectives, key performance indicators, job BSC, the main base of binary method of performance management tools,360degree performance assessment method, design a suitable assessment of AB Bank headquarters staff index system, and to improve program performance management process by re-combing, sorting out the performance management system.In this paper, performance management theory and practical AB Bank headquarters staff management issues combined to investigate a set of workable approach to performance management, improve employee performance management AB Bank headquarters level, thus enhancing the overall competitiveness of AB Bank, while performance Management provides a perspective for research in other related fields.
