Based On The Remarkable Performance Criteria Of The Commercial Bank Management Performance Evaluation Research

In order to ensure that the performance evaluation of commercial banks in our country can catch up with the pace of the developed countries, the researchers in the field of commercial banks’performance management must keep themselves being aware of the modern high-tech trend and follow the new development of the informationized commercial banks, and in the meanwhile learn and draw lessons from the performance management methods applied in modern companies, and seek for innovations for the performance management theories and methodologies,improve the management efficiency in the native commercial banks.In this paper, firstly, the development and processing of management evaluation both at home and abroad are reviewed, its theoretical basis and evaluation methodologies are briefly covered, and at the same time a comparison has been made among different performance evaluation methodologies and their strong and weak points are summarized. After that a detailed description is given regarding the "excellent performance criterion", which follows the idea of systematical theory, thus becoming the global standard in operating and managing companies. Here i not only relate the criterion in detail but also analyze its advantages and disadvantages. Based on what have been mentioned above and in accordance of complexity and subjective problems occurring in the implementation of the "excellent performance criterion",I have applied factor analysis method and two tuple method to enrich the "excellent performance criterion" and the analysis with the help of practical examples are proceeded as well.Finally, we summarize this dissertation, and put forward problems to be resolved in future.
