According to the competitive marketing situation and considering of the special social responsibility of gas supply company, how to oriented toward the user’s demands, and adapt itself to the new development of gas supply company, to continuously improve customer service management level and the quality of work. By strengthening the evaluation of service management, the company should perfect itself in3aspects: constantly optimize the allocation of service resources, improve its service environment, and enhance the working ability and service quality of its staff. In order to upgrade its management level, the company should gradually develop the staffs service consciousness and stretch the mind of service management. So as to respond to the competition in the market, meet the demand of users, and achieve high-end scientific development of enterprises, we should establish a set of service evaluation system, and by using this system to make the gas service management more standardized, systematic, so that the gas service management practices will work more scientific and effective. So that the gas supply company could continuously strengthen its core competitiveness.This paper will combine the service management practice I acquire from the regional branch of Beijing Gas Group Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the Beijing Gas Five Branch), with the commitment and special social responsibility that the gas supply company should take, and with the theory of social responsibility from state-owned enterprise special social responsibility theory, customer relationship management theory, the respect such as service quality evaluation of theory as a starting point, through the study, carding and research at home and abroad related basic theory, and in the framework of these theories, combined with the current management situation and the development strategy of Beijing Gas Five Branch, the necessity and importance of carrying out service evaluation by Beijing Gas Five Branch, the construction and the operation of service evaluation system are analyzed, what will get from the analysis conclusion is the specific content and practical strategies of the service evaluation system.According to continuous perfection of the service evaluation system and practical application, this paper puts forward the corresponding measures and suggestions from both inside and outside aspects. The emphasis is on sustained, effective improving customer service management through the strengthening of service evaluation on the basis of the characteristics of gas industry and the special social responsibility of the state-owned enterprises. The last part is my summary.
