On The Development Of Specialized Villages Of Happy Farmhouse In Nanjing City

Nowadays, happy farmhouse has set a successful example of the diversified survival and development measures of Chinese farmers. By developing happy farmhouse, not only can the food resources be made full use of, but also farmers can be provided with relatively irreplaceable survival skills. When self-employed farmhouses in a village have reached a certain scale, specialized happy farmhouse villages appear. And this is the best example of new socialist countryside. Up to now, the construction of happy farmhouses in Nanjing has reached a certain scale, and happy farmhouses have become an important part of happy farmhouse. Taking villages as unit, happy farmhouses develop in a large scale. However, in the process of development, there exist several problems, such as the unbalanced development between regions, underutilized agricultural resources, the serious phenomenon of homogeneous product and services, the singular marketing and publicizing method, weak branding and low level of management and services. These problems have effected the sustainable development of specialized happy farmhouse villages, so the researchers need to take specialized villages as study focus and take considerations in the whole.Therefore, the sustainable development of specialized happy farmhouse villages is very important. In this thesis, on the basis of surveys made on specialized happy farmhouse villages in Nanjing, the author is to find out existing problems and the factors which attribute to these problems, and to put forward countermeasures, hoping to provide references to the development of other specialized happy farmhouse villages, thus ensuring their sustainable development. In the introduction part, the thesis talks about the basis of the topic selected, the research purpose and its significance, the research situations home and abroad, and the research content and innovation in this study. The first chapter deals with the concepts of happy farmhouses, specialized happy farmhouse villages and other relevant concepts, the development background, development process and characteristics of specialized happy farmhouse villages and their relation to other types of tourism. The second chapter introduces the development situation of specialized happy farmhouse villages in Nanjing, including their development process, distinctive features and profits, management mode and the existing problems. In the third chapter, the author proposes resolutions to those problems mentioned before. In the fourth part, taking Tangshan Qifang as a case study, the author makes research about the overall development situation of Tangshan Qifang in Nanjing, SWOT analysis and the sustainable development.
