In charge of mainly from domestic city especially in Beijing to analyze the currentsituation of the nature, to explore the charging policy, charging the implementation of thestrategy, and the different ways of charging of the evaluation system, and the fees for thetransformation of the mode of travel is also discussed in the article, also thecountermeasure and the suggestion on the charge problem.
