Our Reverse Mortgage Pension Market Research

Housing Reverse Mortgage Pension plan developed well in western countries as thegood supplement for social pension plan. However, in China, it’s a new kind of pensionplan with many problems during developing, such as lack of needs. And those problemsare closely linked with external environment, so in this paper, I try to analyze the externalenvironment of Reverse Mortgage Pension plan, from the aspects of political, economic,social and technical environment, and the relationship of supply and demand.For the content of this paper, six chapters are arranged as below: the first chapter, Iexplain the reason of choosing this subject and the method I used to analyze this problem;in the second chapter, I introduce the basic situation of Reverse Mortgage Loan Pensionplan in China; Chapter3by using the PEST model thoroughly analyze the related macroenvironment of Reverse Mortgage Loan Pension plan; Chapter4is an analysis based onthe supply and demand factors of Reverse Mortgage Loan Pension plan; in Chapter5, Irefer to other countries’ experience of this plan and especially analyze American externalenvironment; for chapter6, I give my suggestion of developing Chinese externalenvironment.
