Green Building Promotion Factors

With the development of world’s economic and growth of population rapidly, itmakes our environment worse because of carbon dioxide produced by energyconsumed, also brings big challenge to human beings. Being one of the most threeemission and consumption industry, the construction industry has to change itscharacter. So “Green Construction” begins to spring up, in order to reduce the energyconsumption and carbon dioxide emission.Compared to other countries, our green construction appears later and developslag behind. In order to change this status quo and make better environment benefit,firstly, writer describe status at home and abroad, card the relevant literature of greenconstruction, illustrate the histories of development, laws and regulations, the limitedfactors in different countries.Secondly, from the state of Green Building development of Beijing and China,this thesis analyse the quantity and deep of development, points out the slow processof Green Building in China.Thirdly, Writer bases TBS theory and the previous limited factors analyse,Presents eighteen limited factors of Beijing, Uses Factor Analytic Method to concludefive kind factors. Those are government, awareness, economics, technique andmarketing.Fourthly, on the basis of green construction standards of Beijing and otherscountries, writer summary a set of hierarchical standard, use AHP method todetermine the weight to confirm which standards are more important to be thepromoted factors which could help the Green Building develop faster and better.Finally，bases the limited and promoted factors, From the government, enterpriseand consumers angle, gives some policy to improve enterprise and consumers’awareness, how the enterprise take some method to norm behaviors to enhancecompetitive power, show the enterprise’s responsibility and then from macroscopicand microcosmic, promotes Green Construction to develop overall.
