The Automobile Enterprise Lean Supply Chain Performance Evaluation Research

With the development of economy and the fiercer competition, the competitiveadvantage of the enterprise comes not only from the improvement of its performance,but also comes from the efficient operation of the whole supply chain. The supplychain performance measurement is an important content of the supply chainmanagement. Only the performance evaluation can clear the problems existing in thesupply chain, then leader can control risk in time and carry out improvementmeasures.The essence of the supply chain management lies in integrating the systemresources, searching for integrated competitive advantage. However, the result ofsupply chain management is not an ideal one. An important reason is the lack ofproper performance measurement system. The automobile enterprise is one of themost important industry that affects the whole national economy. Therefore, it issignificance to study the supply chain performance measurement of automobileenterprise.In this study, review and summary supply chain performance evaluation theory,introduce mutation series evaluation model to lean supply chain of car enterprise.Through analyzing Chinese automobile enterprise lean procurement, lean supply, leancustomers, lean logistics and the present situation and the influencing factors, thevariables affecting the performance of supply chain are analyzed, and on this basis,build a car industry mutation model to evaluate lean supply chain performance.Collect data by questionnaire, and then use the normalization equation to estimate theperformance evaluation index. Finally, take one car company as an example forempirical study, and inspect the applicability and accuracy of the mutation model.
