With the global competition increasing fiercely,Manpower cost rises sharply,The value of human capital is very important in the corporation. Training act as animportant investment of human capital of corporation, to be pay attention bycorporation managers, and become an important means of promoting innovation anddevelopment of corporation. Therefore, more and more corporation really cognize thestaff training is the company strategy. Training is the key for changing the staff’sknowledge, attitudes and skills, for the training effect evaluation is an importantcomponent part of the staff training. The effect is not the simple evaluation learninglevel effect, but more should be learning effect transformation, an importantmanifestation of employee job performance improvement.In the corporation, a supervisor as a direct management of the staff, plays a vitalrole in strategic develop with their management skills and improve the skills ofcorporation. Therefore, evaluation of the supervisor training is very important. Theresearch on the evaluation system for supervisor training programs will not onlyprovide theoretical supports but also professional guidance of the programimplementation.The article is based on the further study of relevant training theories and trainingevaluation system, focused on five stage according to characteristics of corporationsupervisor, it is about the training needs analysis, training design, implementation oftraining, practicing and training effect of tracking. Combined with processassessment evaluation model of CIPP oriented and results oriented Kirkpatrickevaluation model,to optimize the training evaluation system of F corporation. First,from four parts about the organization training, mode training effect, evaluationprocess development and implementation of training to describe the training leveland training evaluation situation for supervisor in F corporation. Secondly, put forward the training evaluation system exists lowing, evaluation methods variablelacking, process evaluation lacking, the lack of assessment, the lack of establishmentand application of effective database etc. with the supervisor. And analyse the mainreasons, it does not establish the perfect process of evaluation, the lack of effectiveassessment tools, the understanding of training workers to the evaluation is notenough and the high-level attention is not enough etc. Then, designed a set ofsupervisor training evaluation system optimization scheme based on the theory oftraining model through further evaluate the analysis of commonly used at internaland abroad, reflecting three aspects about combining the Kirk Patrick hierarchyevaluation model and Evaluation model of CIPP process, Emphasize layer and theresults, Using a variety of evaluation tools according to the characteristics of thesupervisor. Finally, constructed five phase of evaluation system for supervisortraining in F corporation from the training needs analysis, training design andevaluation, training implementation process evaluation, field practice evaluation tothe effect of the evaluation, The evaluation system is applied to specific trainingactivities.Establishing of evaluation system for supervisor training, enrich the theoryknowledge of the training and evaluation for corporation. Also solve the problemsthat the supervisor training during the actual operation process. The positive aresignificance in theoretical research and practical operation. The establishing ofevaluation system for supervisor training provides the professional guidance for thetraining of the corporation’s other staff. At the same time, F corporation is thearchetype of manufactory in China, therefor, establishing of evaluation system forsupervisor training will provide the reference for other companies.
