The Research Of Regional Exogenous Economic Development Ability

According to the difference power source of development, A country or a area’s mode of economic development can be divided into external economy and internal economy. The theory circle of our country mainly focus on how to enhance the level of economic development through the endogenous economy when researching the theory of regional economic development, but always neglect how to rely on external resources to explore the exogenous economic development mode of regional economic development. Based on the combing of the exogenous economic development situation, this article try to bring forward the concept of exogenous economic development ability, discusses the root causes and the development path of different exogenous development ability in east, middle and west regions, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.The article thinks, exogenous economic development capability is the ability to use external resources to develop the local economy, how to improve the ability of exogenous economic development has become a key problem to solve. This paper uses the cost-benefit analysis to consider whether the external resources decide to enter an area, under the given Profits, this article thinks that the external resources tend to go into the areas with lower development cost, so we divided the development cost into system cost, production cost, scientific research cost and trade cost, and on this basis to build the theoretical model, and through the empirical analysis to measure the different regional economic development capacity index. By the index clustering analysis, we can see that there are significant differences between the changes of region’s exogenous economic development ability. on the basis of this, this article selects two areas of Jiangsu province and Gansu Province as typical regions, further defined the capacity-building emphasis in the different periods and different regions. And finally puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
