HR Strategy Research In The Developing H Company

Company H is a coal&coal chemical group company. With further marketization, it is facing bigger challenges especially the HR management. There is not modern HR management and strategy setup yet in company H, the current HR management is only limited to personnel management, which will certainly restrain the implementation of diversity strategy of Company H.Based on the study of Human resource management theory from domestic and abroad, detailed analysis is made for the HR issues of company H. After introduction of the company history and it’s economic, political and cultural environment, with consideration of company organization structure, business module and overall company strategy, the paper studies HR strategy based on the overall company strategy change with a combined method of theoretical study and practical research. It introduces the goal and method of the HR strategy after the company strategy change, detailed study is made around employee recruitment, job evaluation, performance management, salary system and training system, thereafter comes to a final HR strategy proposal.
