Mongolian people have milk, milk products traditional consumption and rich history. It seems like milk consumption is high compared to other countries in the world, over last20years become population concentration and increase number of population in Ulaanbaatar, accompaned by urban resident’s milk consumption is decrease compare rural residents milk consumption. Urban population is increasing from year to year, and providing continuity people’s milk consumption, and even increase milk consumption. Especially provide to people is very important, that is suitable requirements of food hygiene standards safe milk products.In this research article, rating Mongolian milk, milk product’s development trend and current status, observe milk, milk product’s raw resource, demand and supply, trying to determine Mongolian liquid milk circumstance. Explore "Suu" company’s development process, development current situation, describe challenges facing the company.Make analysis of the "Suu" company’s development strategy environment, explore macro environment, analysis of business environment, mark out possibility and threat of the external environment. Further make the company’s current situation research for internal environment, familiarize company operations, and evaluate company production, trade, operation, management, qualify strengths and weaknesses of the company. Based on research work using SWOT analysis method to determine "Suu" company’s development strategy, define development strategy of the company will follow in the future."Suu" company facing environment threat is a temporary, business competition will be a new threat. Thus, in order to improve the company competitiveness able to compound system core competitiveness."Suu" company in the face of opportunity is more than a threat. Use this advantage should handhold external environment opportunity, overcome their weaknesses/WO strategy/, improve himself is not enough. Against external environment threats implement arrangements are to forward development speed.
