However Chinese society is from the traditional commodity economy society to the modern society of commodity economy in transition.This paper mainly adopts the qualitative research methods, namely, starting from the life world, starting from the study of the investigation of the case, through the investigation to the private enterprise, carries on the interview to entrepreneurs, makes a discourse analysis of the interview, and then analyzes the unspoken rule is how to corporate bureaucracy influence, how to let the unspoken rule in the development and management of process private enterprises and help enterprises bureaucracy running, but these are difficult to measure with quantitative research method. Enterprise unspoken rule is a double-edged sword, is conducive to the development of enterprises unspoken rule can continue to stay in private enterprises, can be summarized as good rules and regulations, increase as the enterprise culture and finally for the enterprise services. The coexistence of unspoken rule and corporate bureaucracy is a game process, and the enterprise also is in grow the game process such as mature, unspoken rule for corporate bureaucracy is mainly manifested in the following four aspects, enterprise culture, enterprise staff level, enterprise level and the government level.Conclusions are as follows:private enterprise of the unspoken rule reflected the complicated situation of the unspoken rule of benign and malignant unspoken rule and blend with each other, this paper mainly adopts the qualitative research methods. namely, starting from the life world, starting from the study of the investigation of the case, through the investigation of private enterprises, carries on the interview to entrepreneurs, the interview discourse analysis, think:first of all, should be the unspoken rule is divided into benign and malignant unspoken rule unspoken rule, then the distinction, benign unspoken rule has a lubricant and stable agent for the development of enterprise hierarchy, contribute to the development of enterprise health. Enterprise employees and the government, through the above four factors analysis, the enterprise culture and the enterprise system is the birthplace of benign unspoken rule, benign unspoken rule often make up for its shortcomings, employee and government is the benign unspoken rule to maintain and update the pusher, for different benign unspoken rule requires private enterprises in different period the two factors are often the first to notice. Third, through the investigation of their analysis, the private enterprises should proceed from the four aspects of enterprise culture, enterprise system, enterprise and government, benign unspoken rule selection of suitable for enterprise development to the protection and development.The purpose of this study is the unspoken rule through the analysis of the situation of private enterprises, to find the benign unspoken rule suitable for enterprise development, and found that the factors of its existence and development and how to live in harmony with the bureaucracyFirst of all, to benign unspoken rule has great importance to private enterprise from the economic strategy, from the government level, to communicate with the private enterprises, enterprises understand the difficulties and problems of enterprises, the timely implementation of the related system reform. Secondly, the private enterprise leaders should clearly recognize that, unspoken rule is the fact, it should be rational to treat the unspoken rule exists, and classified in order to find the benign unspoken rule to help the stable development of enterprises. Third, middle-level enterprises should strengthen the communication with the employees, improve communication channels and means of communication, enhance the business sense of belonging and identity, which are found inenterprise system and cultural issues in the staff of the body.
