Up to date,zhejiang Province has turned into a province which is strong in economy,although it lacks the conditions of rapid economy development according to the classical economic theory.But at the same time, zhejiang is also a province which has an unbalanced distribution of huamn capital as well as lacking of senior technicals. So abviously,the human capital structure is not in line with the premises of economic growth.Generally,scholars consider that zhejiang's economic vigor comes from the outstanding quality of human capital supplies.The intense innovative spirit of zhejiang private entrepreneurs, and their investment consciousness, profit motive and desire of wealth pursuit, as well as their ability of capturingthe market opportunities, commom staff s strict labor discipline, arduous work attitude and manual skills, and their expect of the reform, the ability of adapting to and bearing market risk, all of these are the hidden human capital existing in zhejiang private enterprises. But there has not a feasible model to accurately measure the contribution of the hidden human capital at present.This artical analyses and evaluates the existing value measuring models of human capital on the basis of discussing the classification of human capital and the theory foundation of hidden human capital. According to the present situation of zhejiang private enterprises, the article makes a exploration of the characteristics and structures of the entrepreneurs and employees, and then reach my own conclusions. The article comes up with its value measure model on the basis of the reference of existing human capital value measure model proposed in this paper,and try to analyzes the contribution of the hiden huamn capital of the entrepreneurs and employees in private enterprises.It also makes a comparation with the relative datas of Yangtze river delta and pearl river delta and the typical provinces bohai economic circle. Finally,it puts forward the value improving path of the hidden huamn capital in zhejiang private enterprises.I hope that this article can lead to the attention of management theorists about the, to explore the hidden huamn capital theory which is in line wih our provincal and national conditions and conductive to the development of the modern enterprises,so that to promoting the practice of improving the value of hidden human capital in enterprises.
