The development status of Sichuan county competitive industries:County economy has a certain development, but on the whole at a low level, especially compared with the eastern industrial development and mature developed county; The private economy developed rapidly, but still not as the leading role in the development of county industrial clusters advantage, in mature industries developed eastern county formed depends largely on the private economy. The county economy is defined as economy that the private economy plays the main role in development. The three big industry develops towards the direction of "three two one", with the exception of a few counties and cities. Most of the counties do not form prominent characteristic advantage industry. The low level of Urbanization and lack of government planning resulting in Sichuan county industrial development problems. Urbanization is the theme of the future development of county economy, also the biggest promotion factor in the development of county economy. Government support can promote the development and growth of dominant industry in a growth stage of industry. This paper points five chapters. The second chapter mainly elaborates the basic concept, competitive industry of the dependent and regional economic theory and regional advantage industry development. The third chapter mainly elaborates the path advantage of industrial cluster development of county, and puts forward the principle and method of selecting superior industry, and analyzes the advantages of county industrial clusters more successful cases. The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the current development of Sichuan county territory economy, stratified sample, the sample county are analyzed, then the overall development of Sichuan county. The fifth chapter combined with the regional economic theory and industrial economics theory, in view of our country and Sichuan county economic development present situation, and proposed in the strategy of development of county industry clusters government level, enterprise level and social level.This paper adhere to the combination of theory and practice analysis of specific cases with large amounts of data, using the five forces model, DEA data envelopment analysis system, and SWOT analysis tools for empirical analysis. Finally this paper puts forward the countermeasures to Sichuan county advantage of industrial development.
