Application On Informatization Management Of Engineering Construction Enterprises

With the development of modern information technology, informatization process advances irresistibly, becoming another great technological revolution precipitating the saltation of productive force ever since the Industrial Revolution. All enterprises and units view information technology as an effective means to make use of, by which to improve management efficiency. Domestic engineering construction industry is being situated in a transitional period of developing from traditional management mode to a high-tech management mode, into which the development of information technology injects vigorous vitality. It is viewed as a major sally port to reform the management over road-and-bridge engineering construction, cut down the operating cost on engineering and improve industrial work efficiency. Concentrating on financial management systems and project management systems, it analyzes enterprises’demands, designs ERP systems meeting their industrial characteristics, elaborately teases the framework construction, operational mode, management methodology of the system, analyzes its efficiency, and puts forward and elaborates the remediation solution to macroscopically reduce application cost, improve personnel’s literacy, strengthen software development, introduce supervision mechanism, balance advancement and applicability, coordinate entirety and locality, and lay a technical emphasis on information planning, collection and workflow, against the issues reflected in management. Finally, it points out the developing directions and trends which should be carried forward in informatization management of road-and-bridge construction enterprises.
