The Study Of Integrated Circuit Chip Testing Project Quality Management

Integrated circuit industry after nearly half a century of development in China, the complete industrial chain contain the IC design, IC manufacture, package, testing and semiconductor equipment factory, semiconductor materials factory. Along with the rapid economic growth and development of information industry, the domestic IC industry keep a relatively stable high speed growth. But in the side of integrated circuit testing, there is much difficulty which is late domestic starting, lack of project experience and high quality demand of testing customers. How to survive in foreign testing of monopoly? How to seek development in predicament? How to improve the quality of project for enhance the core competitiveness of IC testing industries?In this thesis, based on the background of a global leading test IC foundry and testing house-HG company as the research object to conduct in-depth case studies and research on it, the author introduced the situation of testing project quality management and analyzed exiting problems. Through discussing the basic theory and formation mechanism of project quality management, combining with the characteristics of the integrated circuit industry project, the author use quality planning and control tools and methods to try to establish the IC testing project quality management system. The countermeasures of the IC testing project quality management has a certain reference value and significance for domestic IC testing project management.
