Shanghai Telecom, a sub company of China Telecom Corporation Limited, was established in the early2008. After set up, it seizes a part of China Mobile’s and China Unicorn’s market share. The mainly operation mode of Shanghai telecom is adopt fixed network and broadband operation into the mobile operation, and relative to other operators, the numbers of the operation of network and concept of operating management in Shanghai telecom also has many shortcomings. There is a big vulnerability in the3G Smartphone marketing channels. For Shanghai Telecom, how to solve the problem about3G Smartphone marketing channels is a major problem for the company future developments.By researching the user marketing channels risk identification survey of Shanghai3G Smartphone and collecting current user situations, which contain the numbers and structure of marketing network and service of marketing staff. Company can search some problems which arise in the process of using3G Smartphone marketing channels, provide appropriate incentives for the channels staffs and also help marketing channels staff to improve their qualities and technical capabilities. So as to bringing more sales and develop more consumers for company.On the basis of classifies of the existing problem in the Shanghai Telecom Smartphone marketing channels, this paper divides the Shanghai Telecom marketing channels risk index system into three categories, contain main criterion layer, criterion layer and base layer, which based on the multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. In conclusion, the main risk is from the external factors and internal factors influence is also work and cannot be ignored. Finally the company protects and processes the faced Smartphone marketing channels risk through integrate Shanghai3G Telecom Smartphone marketing channels and protect Smartphone marketing channels risk.
