China’s economy has been developing rapidly and had created the miracle on worldeconomy phylogeny during thirty years of reform. As a leading factor of nationaleconomy, industry has gained the success which attracts worldwide attention andprompts development of the other industries and national economy directly in the pastthirty years. However, China’s industry is facing growth limit challenge and the dualconstraints of resource depletion and environmental pollution while rapid growth.Therefore, in order to solve these problems, China’s industries need to accelerate thegreen transformation urgently and walk out a sustainable development road which canexpand economy and also can protect resources and environment. Among them, the keyof green transformation’s realization is to improve the total factor productivity whichrepresents the quality contribution.Up until now, the domestic and foreign scholars have done lots of analysis aboutChinese economy total factor productivity change and its impact on the economicgrowth and economic transition from different perspectives. However, along withresources and environmental prominent problems in the process of economicdevelopment, more and more scholars think: resources and environment is not only theendogenous variables of the economic development, but also the rigid constraints.Therefore, we must consider not only the traditional factors of capital and labor, but alsoconsider the resources and environmental factors huge impact on economicdevelopment when using total factor productivity to evaluate economic performance. Soin order to measure the total factor productivity of industrial growth more accurately,and how to improve it from the angle of sustainable development contribution topromote industrial green transformation, our research work as follows:Measuring the green total factor productivity was based on existing literature, first,the growth accounting model to calculate the China provincial green total factorproductivity and environmental factors in the case of the results without considering theuse of parameter method. Then the green total factor productivity factors. This part ofthe productivity of green total factor on the part of measured China Province Based ondomain, analysis of influence factors on changes of green total factor productivity. Atthe end of the green total factor productivity growth convergence analysis, verificationChina national, Eastern, medium, western provinces and cities green total factorproductivity whether there is convergence, absolute convergence, club convergence andconditional convergence. The possible innovation of this dissertation mainly in several points: first, using theexpansion of industrial economic growth China efficiency Solow model. At present inthe domestic model to study the model for the study of China industrial green totalfactor productivity literature is very few, most of them are using data envelopmentanalysis; and then use the level of economic growth lag phase three times square, tostudy the relationship between the more accurate total factor productivity and economicdevelopment level; finally, using a variety of convergence analysis of the convergencestudy Chinese provinces industrial green total factor productivity. Therefore, thisresearch in the correct evaluation of the contribution of total factor productivity ofindustrial development, and how to promote the productivity from the angle ofsustainable development, has certain theory significance and the practical significanceof the implementation of the green transformation of industry.
