Nowadays, with the development of information technology, the hardware technology unceasing renewal, the development of the software industry has injected new impetus to the national economy, so it is very important to take effective management of software development projects, it will affect the development of software enterprises and are still to the industry as a whole.Project cost management of software development enterprise is to make information integration projects especially in the whole software life cycle for large software development projects (from demand analysis, software design, coding, unit testing, integration testing, to support the whole process of acceptance of delivery) under strict control in all project managers, are formulated in accordance with the project planning stage. The cost baseline finish all the features of the software, within the time stipulated in the quality and quantity of delivery to customers. In the implementation process of software development projects, the project management has been paid more and more attention.This paper uses a combination of theory and practice, firstly introduces the cost management in the software development process of software enterprises, research background and significance, the main research contents and methods; then expounded the theory related to software development project cost management, emphasis on software development project cost is mainly composed of five parts, namely hardware market research cost, purchase cost, purchase cost, software project management cost and training cost and unpredictable cost; on this basis, taking X company as an example, the cost management mechanism to before and after the company developed A, B two software development projects are analyzed and evaluated, the cost management mechanism in A the project has certain limitation, cost management system of B project has the advantages of good, project cost management of enterprise software development should be the whole process management of the conclusion.In this paper, through the analysis of the whole process of software development project the cost, make enterprise management to control the cost of the clear, so that it can help software enterprises to take effective measures in the development process. Conclusion this study can expect to bring the more income, also hopes the research can play a reference role for all software development enterprises in the cost management of the software development project.
