As the complexity and uncertainty of objective things or the ambiguity of humanthought, the uncertain multiple attribute decision making problem is became more andmore important in People’s real life, the research of uncertain multiple attribute decisionmaking method has became a hotspot at home and abroad, and has achieved a lot inresearch of uncertain multiple attribute decision making theory and methods. In this paper,we discuss the method of Two-dimensional uncertain linguistic variables attribute decisionmaking, whether the attribute weights are known. Research on theory and method of thiskind of multiple attribute decision making, can make more reasonable decisions to the realproblem. Therefore, the research on these methods has great theoretical value and practicalsignificance.In view of the attribute weights are known and unknown circumstances, and theattribute values are Two-dimensional uncertain linguistic variables, this paper introducesthe2DULGOWA, TOPSIS, VIKOR, grey relational analysis method, and based onTOPSIS and grey correlation analysis method combination method.The innovation of this paper is:(1)On the basis of uncertain linguistic variables,defined the distance and the expectation equation of two-dimensional uncertain linguisticvariables for the study of two-dimensional uncertain linguistic variables in thedecision-making in the field of mathematics theoretical foundation;(2)For multipleattribute decision making problems, in which the information on attribute weights areknown, and the attribute value are Two-dimensional uncertain linguistic variables.Introduced the2DULGOWA and TOPSIS method;(3)For unknown attribute weights,attribute values are Two-dimensional uncertain linguistic variables. Utilizing the maximumdeviation method to calculate the attribute weight, based on TOPSIS and grey correlationanalysis method of decision-making methods, enriched and developed the theory ofmultiple attribute decision making.
