Study On Urban Social Insurance Transfer And Renewing Of The Flexible Employees

Nowadays， many people choose to obtain flexible employment. Town flexibleemployment’s community strength is growing. Including the flexible employment intopension insurance system is a new challenge to the already existing pension system faces. Fora long time, China’s urban flexible employment and pension insurance transfer andcontinuation of policy should have established a good contact, but the lack of any externallink should be, all sectors of society, especially among the urban flexible employees areentitled to a fair pension benefits Therefore flexible employment pension transfer andcontinuation of the problem is the long-term challenges facing the pension system, but alsothe current major issues flexible employment pension reform.This thesis firstly makes clear about town flexible employment endowment insurancetransfer and renew on correlation concept and correlation theory. Taking Jinan’s physicaltruth for example, the article analyses the current situation and prominent problems of townflexible employment endowment insurance transfer and renew, such as, the imperfect legalsystem, the extensive management and services, and many obstacles originated fromthemselves. After the inner problem, this article begins to analyses worthy foreignexperiences. Last but not the least, the author gives four suggestions to make progress in thesystem of social insurance of flexible employment personnel. First is perfecting the policyand the institutional improvement, the second is promoting service and management,the thirdis the fund construction and the forth is encouraging the flexible employment personnelparticipate in social insurance social insurance’s transfer and renewing.
