Research On The Choice Of Accepting Industry In Anhui Province With The Background Of Industry Transfer

With putting forward of the concept of the pan-yangtze river delta and the In-depth implementation of the rise of the central region strategy, Anhui province ushers in the golden period of development. As one of central six provinces, Anhui province bears the responsibility of accepting transferred industries of eastern region. At the same time, with Anhui province quickly entry into the pan-yangtze river delta, Whether we could grab this developmental opportunity to undertake the new round of transferred industries of eastern region is the key to help Anhui province realize a rapid development during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan.Firstly, this paper reviews the related concepts and theories of industry transfer after consulting to large amounts of references, updating the understanding of regional industry transfer. Accepting industrial transfer involving the regional industry circulation is usually manifested as industry transferring from developed areas to undeveloped areas. With the period of updating industrial structure or economic transition, the roll-out area usually transfer resource-intensive industry and labor-intensive industry to the roll-in area; and the roll-in area are more suitable for accepting those industries, which should be a more active way instead of a passive way to create more favorable conditions and environment to undertake industry.Then, the paper combines the theory of undertaking industrial transfer with the specific local characteristics of Anhui province, and builds evaluation index system as the main practice standards, includes four first class assessment indicators as industrial competitive advantage, the capacity of industrial sustainable development, the ability of industrial economic contribution, the ability of industrial employment contribution, covers ten second class indicators as Demand income elasticity, comparative labor productivity, the added value of industry market share, industry expansion flexibility, scale, total assets ratio, cost, profit margin, the labor productivity, the employment absorption rate and create employment rate, constituting complete evaluation system. By collecting objective statistical data and using factor analysis, the article assigns to the ten indexes, finally extracting four primary factor, works out the single factor score and total score of thirty-four industries. Using cluster analysis with the original data from factor analysis results, according to the suitable undertaking hierarchy, the article can identify the four following hierarchy. The most suitable undertaking industries are Electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing wine, soft drinks and refined tea manufacturing, agro-food processing industry, wood processing and wood, Bamboo Products and so on.At last, using the result of empirical analysis to further promote the development of undertaking industrial transfer of Anhui province, combining theory with practice again, basing on the present situation of Anhui province, this part of paper indicates five more practical suggestions and measures. These suggestions includes government strengthens the support, building a better undertaking environment; government building industrial park, giving full play to the advantages of industrial clusters; scientific research institutes technical support, perfecting market system; financial institutions offer financial support, promoting industrial upgrading; social forces actively participate, broadening the channels for development.This paper is divided into seven parts:the first chapter is introduction; the second chapter is the theoretical review; the third chapter is about the present situation of undertaking industry of Anhui province; the fourth chapter is about the construction of evaluation index system of the choice of accepting industry and the selection of empirical studies method; the fifth chapter is the empirical analysis of the choice of accepting industry of Anhui province; the sixth chapter is the countermeasures of accepting industry in Anhui province; the seventh chapter is the conclusion and prospect.
