The Study Of Influencing Factors Of International Service Industry Transfer Location Choice

As an important performance of the new around of global industrial restructuring, the international transfer of service industry is promoting the in-depth development of economic globalization. The international transfer of service industry implements the global mobility of capital, personnel, information, services and management concepts of all the service sectors, gradually builds up a global value chain of services, and makes the global allocation of resources feasible. Similar with the international transfer of manufacturing industry, the international transfer of service industry takes the service multinational corporations as its main body and chooses the ways of direct investment, outsourcing, etc. to realize the cross-border transfer of all service sectors. The economies transferring services are mainly developed countries, while the undertaking economies are mainly emerging developing and developed countries. The international transfer of service industry will have far-reaching implications on the two types of economies, and ultimately realize the rapid development of services all over the world, especially the modern service industry. The development of China's service industry is relatively stagnant; especially the knowledge-intensive and capital-intensive modem services which have a relatively large gap comparing with those of developed countries and become important restrict factors of the coordinated development national economy. Faced with the important opportunity of the international transfer of service industry, China needs to give full play to its own advantage and actively undertake the international transfer of service industry, and promote China's services to make a great-leap-forward development and achieve the upgrading of the industrial structure.Firstly, this paper analyzes the concept of international transfer of the service sector, regional distribution and development trends. In recent year, the rapid development of the international transfer of the service sector, the direct investment in the service sector and service outsourcing are showing rapid growth. More and more countries have become the international transfer of the service industry and to take the country to go abroad. Secondly, the classical theory of the international industrial transfer of location choice of the service sector location choice and the international transfer of the relevant literature are reviewed. And the services sector as the international transfer of location choice analysis of factors provides a theoretical support. And then the international transfer of the service industry location choice affect factors are analyzed in theoretical and empirical, and summed up the impact of China's services sector to undertake the international transfer of location factors. And make China and Japan as an example, empirical data is collected for inspection and analysis. And caculate the factors thar influencing China to undertake the service sector in the process of international transfer location. And then based upon theoretical and empirical analysis, this paper propse specific policy for China services sector to undertake the international transfer. China should strengthen the existing regional advantages and the creation new advantage to undertake the international transfer of the service sector in order to develop domestic service sector better.
