For the European debt crisis and the global financial crisis, great changes havetaken place in the external market, in recent years the demand remains in thedoldrums, each enterprise is facing the very big challenge. Researching anddeveloping enterprise is no exception, as the leader of enterprise networkmarket-H company, has also been influenced a lot. At the same time, the growingenterprise network market attracts more and more enterprises to join in and compete,competition has become extremely fierce. Because of the enterprise network products’profit continuing to decline, the main customers also put forward higher requirementon the quality and performance of the product. During this special period, if Hcompany still want to remain the continuous competition superiority, it mustbe engaged in lean management of single board trial in the internal production, toreduce cost, reduce the processing cycle, improve product quality.According to the theory of lean management, this paper establishes a lean modelof R&D-oriented enterprises’ single board trial production, which based on thecustomers’ voice,5S site management, leveling production, and continuousimprovement; taking the JIT production, automation and pull production and totalquality management as the leading factor. By the way and method of IE, SMED,Multi skilled workers, TPM mode, improves the processing efficiency. By comparisonof R&D-oriented enterprises’ single board trial lean production model and Hcompany’s practical application of lean management, this paper concludes that theidea of lean production in H company is not deep enough, the organization structureof H company is not reasonable, the feedback mechanism is not sound, the productionline layout is not reasonable, the human factors account for a lot in production, andchangeover of line is too slow, multi-skilled employees are understaffed. Based on theanalysis of R&D-oriented enterprises’ single board trial lean production model, Hcompan has made further promotion in the following aspects: having promoted theconcept of lean production, full participation in the lean, having established morequicker feedback mechanism, having optimized production line layout, havingenhanced the quality awareness of employees, having increased the multi-skilled employees and applied to improve the stability and quick change line. The conclusionof this paper is to establish the lean production model of R&D-oriented enterprises’single board trial production, and combine with the theory with H company’ actualsingle board trial. The deficiency is that some improvement needs long time topromote better effects, and part of the problem also needs continuous improvement.
