Along with the rapid development of the knowledge economy era,the importance of non-financial information is increasingly prominent.Relationship capital as an important financial information, its importancehas been recognized and valued gradually. With the rapid development ofeconomy and society,the social division of labor becomes more and moreelaborate. In the current environment of market economy, a singleenterprise alone is difficult to form a competitive production or salesagent. Only the enterprise fully attended and used the relations with itsstakeholders, cooperated with stakeholders, could him constructs a supercompetitive value network, achieves the effective allocation of resources,enhances the overall competitive strength, improve the its performance,and remains invincible in the fierce competitive market economyenvironment. And relationship capital theory as a new research field, hasbecome an important research topic in management accounting theory. So,emphasizing on the research and application of the economic and socialrelations between enterprise and its stakeholders and playing an importantrole of relationship capital in improve enterprise performance areinevitable choices to realize enterprises’ sustainable development.Relationship capital theory has a very important research significance intheory and practice else.After this paper reviewed and summarized the literature, first of all, clarified the development of the relationship capital, redefined theconcept of relationship capital, reasonably divided the structuredimension of the relationship capital and introduced the relationshipcapital value creation path in details. Secondly, after further theoreticalanalysis, it is concluded that relationship capital has mutual promotingeffect among different dimensions, and relationship capital and eachstructure dimension of it has a positive role in promoting enterpriseperformance, putted forward the corresponding research hypothesis. Then,we collected149effective samples through questionnaires survey,verified the structural equation model and regression model which wedesigned with SPSS20.0and AMOS17.0statistical analysis software. Theempirical results showed that it has a certain promoting effect with eachother between different relationship capital dimensions, and overallrelationship capital and its dimensions have various significant positiveeffect in promoting corporate performance. Finally, based on the researchconclusions, I gave two constructive suggestions on Chinese enterpriserelationship capital:(1) Wo should strengthen the investment andmanagement on relationship capital to promote the enterpriseperformance;(2) We have to pay attention to the integration of internaland external relationship capital resources.
