The Relationship Between Capital Structure And Strength Of Empirical Research On The Impact Of Enterprise Knowledge Innovation

In the 21st century, with the economic development, the gradual increase of new technology, enterprises are facing more competition and a full-changing environment, whether the companies can respond to the change in the world quickly, maintain its core competencies has become the primary problem faced to the business managers. And in the world with both the opportunities and challenges, the requirement for the manager is not only to make decisions, but also to strengthen its innovation capability, allowing companies to reflect the new appearance.For business innovation, whether it is technological innovation, product innovation or management innovation, in the final analysis, the core is the knowledge innovation. In this context this article used relational capital theory and knowledge innovation theory as a guide, start a quantitative research from the different structure and strength of relationship capital, analysis of the impact on the knowledge innovation. This paper firstly reviewed the relational capital theory and the theory of knowledge innovation, defined the scope of relationship and knowledge innovation, built on a conceptual model between relationship capital and the knowledge innovation, proposed the hypotheses. Then, we obtain 198 valid questionnaires by 217 enterprises of empirical research, made a general description of the samples. After obtaining the first preliminary analysis results, we use the LISREL structural equation modeling and SPSS 16.0 statistical analysis software, make a further information reliability and validity testing, revised conceptual model validation. In the end, we illustrate this paper analyzes and summarize the conclusions, also illustrate the existence of some of the deficiencies.Through this system, we mainly get the following conclusions:(1) all of the different structures relationship capitals are positively related to the Knowledge Innovation. Among them, the vertical relational capital has the least function, and the social relational capital has the most function; (2) the relationship strength on knowledge innovation also exists a positive effect. Illustrates the comparison in terms of weak ties, strong ties has the greater impact of knowledge innovation.The study concluded that the corporate existence relationship between relationship capital and the knowledge innovation, in addition, this paper get the progress as following:(1) from the structural dimension of the relationship capital, we divided relationship capital into vertical relationships capital, capital of horizontal relations and social capital, make a foundation laid for the further study of the different characteristics of structure relationship capital; (2) provides the basis of logic and reality on the relationship capital on knowledge innovation with some practical guidance.
