Ningxia new energy test center was established in2012, Ningxia is the only one engaged in solar photovoltaic products, solar power station, inspection and testing of new technology, new product identification and type testing services independent third party testing institutions. Center since the completion of it because of the influence of photovoltaic detection of market demand and the country, both inside and outside the detection mechanism of competition and other factors, but also due to the many problems of their own business, resulting in the current market share is still at a low level, under the form of management and the pressure of survival, center the urgent need for marketing means and effective measures to gain market share, in order to improve the center operation ability.This paper first of all domestic and international photovoltaic product test market environment analysis, and then according to the center for the market demand and competition situation, through the Potter five forces model and other related theoretical tools, details of the center’s internal and external environment and advantages, disadvantages, and points out that in the center of the current marketing problems and deficiencies in the work, finally by using the marketing strategy combination of7PS and customer relationship management strategy, put forward improvement methods and suggestions to the existing marketing strategy, put forward the marketing strategy implementation and safeguard measures, so as to enhance the brand influence, market competition ability and operation ability has certain reference value and significance in the promoting.
