In the early period of1950s, Producer’s Cooperative, as the most important organization carrier of farmer-collectivization, represents the state farmers to realize industrialization of state and modernization of rural areas, and at the same time, rebuilds structure of rural society. Till now, the influence still feels.Choosing a small village in east of Henan as an example, the essay adopted "key words" as a study way, through discourse analysis and organizational research, Producer’s Cooperative in order to clear unfolded.This paper argues that Producer’s Cooperative have three levels of meaning. First, it is an organization of agricultural production. Producer’s Cooperative through a set of organizational systems, and production plans and arrangements in order to achieve the agricultural production activities in an orderly manner. Location played a crucial role in cooperatives. It plays an important role of collusion between the starting of productive labor and product distribution. Members directly involved in the production target have been transformed into work points of access. Thus, the cooperation under the program to gradually replace the form of labor exchange based on mutual cooperation in the traditional sense. Secondly, Producer’s Cooperative, master attached to the land on agricultural production, to control the "rice bowl of the farmers. Any of the activities of the Producer’s Cooperative have a profound impact on subsequent product distribution.
