The New Rural Cooperative Economic Organization Theory And Practice

Much cooperative economy organization(CEO) has been initiated since the 90's of 20th century in China, which is helpful for country development and country economy, and provides a new idea to the system reform of countey economy and agricultural industry structure adjustment. First, this paper presents the development process, the concept, theories and international practice of CEO, then, based one the the general survey in Jinsu Yancheng city about the progresses and the problems of CEO development, the paper does the case about Fuan Silk Cooperative Organization. Finaly, some constructural suggestiones to the CEO development problems are showed, which include the external environment, policy, internal mechanism and operative services.
