With rapid development of market economy, the competition between enterprises has become more and more embodied in staff quality and knowledge level, human capital has become one of important indicators of measuring the core competitiveness of an enterprise. Training as an important part of the human resource development, which is an important role for employees in the aspect of knowledge, skills, and attitudes of update and improve. Many enterprises organize training in order to train high quality staffs, although the training input increasing, training effect is not obvious, or with the expected training results exist large gap, it has become the most major problem. Companies provide staff training investment is actually a long-term investment, so be objective and accurate assessment of the effects of training on a regular basis. On the one hand, it need to detect whether the returns through training reasonable, on the other hand, it can also help make future training plan to be more perfect. Compared with western developed countries, enterprise training effect evaluation is still relatively backward in our country, there are lots of problems need to resolve. At present most enterprises failed to carry out the evaluation of training effect, and there is only a simple formal assessment, not according to the actual situation of enterprises, forming a set of training effect evaluation system in conformity with the system specification.Transport corporation Z as a rapid development of transportation enterprise, corporate leaders have realized the importance of training, continuously develop related training files and increase training investment, but the related training effect evaluation is not perfect, just a token at the end of the training, is just a line, so the transport enterprise Z priority is combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, establish a set of suitable for the enterprise training evaluation system. Training effect evaluation based on the transport company Z as the research object, on the transportation corporation Z as well as the existing problems, and the improvement research of training effect evaluation of transportation company Z, and design training effect evaluation index system and evaluation method, made clear the necessity of the implementation of training effect evaluation. This is helpful to improve transport company Z’s training effect evaluation work, and the actual work has a certain guiding significance. The research in this paper, for other transportation companies also have certain reference value.
