Study On The Protection And Utilization Of Landscape Resources Of Liye Villages Under The Tourism Background

Liye Town, with its unique topography, history, culture and folk customs, has formed distinctive village landscape and rich local customs. As a national historic town, tourism has become a pillar industry in this area, at the same time the villages in the town are being or have been influenced by the development of tourism. In order to provide reference for sustainable development of landscape resources in Liye villages, this paper explores the strategy of village landscape resources protection and utilization.Firstly, we analyze the characteristics of landscape resources in Liye villages from the aspects of both natural and human landscape. Natural landscape resources include topography, water, woodland etc., which are associated with natural environment. While cultural landscape resources include living landscape, productive landscape and cultural landscape. These resources have worthy of production use, cultural heritage, ecological environment and tourism communication.Next, this paper summarizes the factors that influence the development of tourism in Liye villages, including external factors (location, transportation and policy) and internal factors (population, environment and tourism resources). According to the existing conditions and influence factors, villages in Liye are divided into four types of tourism development:scenic, eco-agriculture, historic and ethnic villages. Relying on natural landscape to develop tourism, scenic villages are mainly distributed in the Bamian Mountain area. Eco-agriculture villages are distributed in the coastal area of unitary water, which mainly depends on agricultural landscape to develop tourism. Some villages are based on living landscape resources and cultural landscape resources to develop tourism, and historic and ethnic villages just belong to this type, they are mainly distributed in the range of cultural tourism area that consists of Liye ancient city and Changchun historic village.Based on the division of different types of village tourism development, the paper presents principles, objectives and strategies of protection and utilization, selects typical villages for analysis and research, and comes up with specific measures for protection and utilization of landscape resources (natural environment, agriculture, architecture, public space and facilities). Scenic villages, represented by Zishengqiao village and aiming at stressing the natural landscape, adopt a proactive strategy to restore the natural environment and construct naturalized cultural landscape system to sharp the natural landscape. Eco-agricultural villages, represented by Bier village and aiming at highlighting the idyllic scenery, adopt a protective strategy to integrate agricultural landscape resources and especially combine production and aesthetic into landscape. Historic villages, represented by Daban village and tending to show its historical context, emphasize on the protection of historic sites and establish historical and cultural display area or landmark landscapes. Ethnic villages, like Changchun village, for inheriting folk cultural, divide village zone into several parts and protect them separately.
