With the fast urban development and size expansion，the negative effects ofurban development is increasingly obvious，such as the overload of urban roadresources， the deterioration of urban environment. In order to bring down theadverseeffects of urban development，the urban management body mostly choose totake some similar measuressuch as the priority of urban passenger bus，the extensionof urban road resources，the limiting of urban vehicles especially trucksexercises.However，these measures instead increase the difficulties and expense of urbanlogistics operations，also really did not solve the contradictions ofthe urban logisticsgrowth and the limited public roads resources. The typical problems include thedelivery of theShandong cabbage to Beijing，logistics costs accounts for the cabbageprices，and the express fee of e-commerce is increasing rather than reducing with theexpress industry growth.The main reason isthe high cost of urban logistics.Themodern urban logistics provide service for productive industry，but the high costs andlow efficiency of distribution logisticshinder the further development of the city.Meanwhile the movement of logistics cause the， and the inefficient andunscientificoperation of current urban logistics further increase the externaldiseconomy，such as exhaust emission increasing the contribution of urban haze.From the perspective of the urban priority of reduce the negative effects of urbandevelopment，the urban logistics require to carry out green logistics，which is alsothe direction of development of modern logistics.In this paper，the author analyses and research the theory of Green Logistics andurban logistics，summarize the concept of and the solution of some cities at home andabroad to promote modern urban logistics，and then work out the design of urbangreen logistics，apply the research small city of Zaozhuang City into the design planexploration at last. The design of urban green logistics of this paper focuses thetransport links，including the design of freight buses，the design of freight，taxisthedesign of joint distribution. The design of urban green logistics is built on a number ofdomestic and international aspects of urban logistics solutions and advanced logisticsconcept， define the type and research on operation of freight buses， provide thereference solutions of the operation and the construction of freight taxis，classify theselection of distribution costs sharing mechanism and the type of joint distribution. Inthe research of the urban green logistics， the author started to analyze the implementation of urban green logistics with the analysis of urban logistics greendegree evaluation，explored the application of green urban logistics solutions， andfinallyevaluated the expected benefits and implementation strategy of the green urbanlogistics solutions.
